EROWA Robot Easy 800 – up to 800 kg

The EROWA Robot Easy 800 opens up new horizons in machine loading. Part sizes of ø 850 x 1,000 mm with a maximum weight of 800 kg are reliably delivered to the working area.

Ergonomic

Maintaining high productivity of an automated system also requires that ergonomics be taken into account. A central setup station with a boom crane facilitates the operator’s daily work considerably. Rotatable magazine plates simplify setup and preparation. Pre-centering facilitates pallet positioning with crane and LiftGear.

Long range

The stable transfer axis has a large travel of 3,200 mm. This means there is sufficient space for manual work at the machine.

A real pleasure to work opens up when the machine und robot are controlled via the EROWA process control system. The current situation of the production cell, such as worklist, magazine loading, tool availability and priorities, is always clearly and easily visible.
